目的利用关联规则算法,探讨针对痰湿体质或具有祛痰除湿功效的单味药及高频药物组配伍特征。方法利用中国中医科学院中医药信息研究所“中国方剂数据库”检索祛痰除湿方剂,共计2 315首。采用Excel 2010软件对祛痰除湿方剂的药物组成进行数据整理、频次计算和数据挖掘。结果 “白术-枳实”“山楂-麦芽”“茯苓-泽泻-白术”“香附-木香”等为高频药物组合。结论祛痰除湿方剂的配伍以辛温入脾、胃、肺,或以温甘补益脾气。 Objective To explore the compatibility characteristics of single herbs and high-frequency drugs for phlegm-dampness constitution or expectorant and dehumidification effect by using association rules algorithm. Methods Using Chinese Medicine Information Institute of Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine “Chinese prescription database” to retrieve expectorant dehumidification prescription, a total of 2 315 first. Using Excel 2010 software to expectorant dehumidification prescription drug composition data, frequency calculation and data mining. Results “Atractylodes - fructus Aurantii” “Hawthorn - malt ” “Poria - Alisma - Atractylodes ” “Cyperus rotundus - woody ” and so on for high frequency drug combination. Conclusion expectorant dehumidification compatibility of Xin Wen into the spleen, stomach, lung, or to warm temper to benefit the sweet.
