传统的谷物晾晒方法干燥效率低、容易遭受风雨影响和老鼠、雀鸟带来的损失,而且不能有效保障食用安全与卫生。本设计利用太阳能集热干燥技术设计复合温室型谷物干燥房来替代传统的摊晾干燥方法,力求在谷物干燥工艺技术与设备方面解决上述问题。该装置受光面可随太阳所在位置变化而进行旋转,具有集热效能高的特点。同时,去湿装置采用太阳能驱动,保温储能高效果好。较传统干燥方法,干燥周期大大缩短,且适用地区广,还可用于蔬菜、水果、海产等其他食品的干燥与制干加工。
The traditional drying method of cereal drying is inefficient, susceptible to wind and rain and the loss caused by mice and birds, and can not effectively ensure food safety and hygiene. This design uses the solar collector drying technology to design a compound greenhouse-type grain drying room to replace the traditional drying methods, and strive to grain drying technology and equipment to solve the above problems. The device receiving surface with the sun can change the location of the rotation, with high heat collection characteristics. At the same time, the dehumidification device is driven by solar energy, and the effect of heat preservation and energy storage is good. Compared with the traditional drying method, the drying cycle is greatly shortened, and the applicable area is wide. It can also be used for drying and drying of other foods such as vegetables, fruits and seafood.
