通过水热方法自制了一种ZSM-5分子筛催化剂,用于从松香和甘油催化合成松香甘油酯。通过合成松香甘油酯实验评价和采用XRD、SEM、N_2-吸脱附和NH_3-TPD等分析手段进行表征,对自制催化剂与市购的ZSM-5分子筛催化剂的催化性能和结构特点进行进行了比较。结果表明,与购买的ZSM-5分子筛相比,自制ZSM-5分子筛作催化剂具有更高的比表面积和中孔体积,合成松香甘油酯所得酯化率较高,酸值较低,稳定性高。
A ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method for the catalytic synthesis of rosin glycerides from rosin and glycerol. The catalytic performance and structural characteristics of the self-made catalyst and the commercially available ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst were compared through the experimental evaluation of the synthetic rosin glycerides and the analysis by XRD, SEM, N 2 -sorption and desorption and NH 3 -TPD. The results showed that compared with the purchased ZSM-5 zeolite, the self-made ZSM-5 molecular sieve has higher specific surface area and mesopore volume, higher esterification rate, lower acid number and higher stability .
