以M951镍基高温合金为对象,研究了Al-Si涂层和M 951合金在Na2SO4+25%K2SO4和Na2SO4+25%Na Cl盐溶液中的热腐蚀行为。结果表明,Al-Si涂层的存在可以减少M 951合金的热腐蚀。Al-Si涂层和M 951合金在Na2SO4+25%K2SO4盐溶液中的热腐蚀程度相对较小。
The hot corrosion behavior of Al-Si coating and M951 alloy in Na2SO4 + 25% K2SO4 and Na2SO4 + 25% NaCl salt solutions was investigated using M951 nickel base superalloy. The results show that the presence of Al-Si coating can reduce the hot corrosion of M 951 alloy. The hot corrosion of Al-Si coating and M951 alloy in Na2SO4 + 25% K2SO4 solution is relatively low.
