针对鄂尔多斯盆地“低渗、低丰度、低产”气田,地面集输系统主要采用单井高压集气、集中加热、站内节流、轮换计量、节流制冷低温分离脱水,站内集中注醇的集输工艺。与传统直井生产相比,水平井具有“井口回压高、含水量高、单井产量高以及气体流速快”的特点。集气站内节流降压脱水工艺对水平生产井仍具有较好的操作适应性,进站压力范围15~8MPa时,外输压力可达5.3MPa;当进站压力为7.0MPa时,加热炉停止;当进站压力为6.0MPa时,出站压力为2.4MPa,即现有集输工艺的操作下限。
