目的 :观察联合柔红霉素 (DNR)、阿糖胞苷 ((Ara- C)及 1,2 5 - (OH ) 2 D3治疗急性非淋巴细胞白血病的疗效。方法 :DNR45 mg/m2· d- 1 ,第 1天～第 3天 ,Ara- c2 0 0 m g/d,第 1天～第 7天 ,两疗程间隔 14d～ 2 0 d。 1,2 5 -(OH) 2 D30 .5μg,每天 3次 ,连续服用达完全缓解。结果 :72例中完全缓解 32例 ,占 44 .4% ,部分缓解 12例 ,占 16 .6 % ,总有效率为 6 1%。完全缓解所需的时间为 15 d～ 6 8d,中数缓解期为 35 4d。对血钙无影响。讨论 :联合柔红霉素、阿糖胞苷及 1,2 5 - (OH) 2 D3化疗治疗急性非淋巴细胞白血病缓解率高 ,缓解期长 ,无高血钙之虞。
