草菇培养料中添加猪、牛粪、尿素等,可提高草菇产量,但处理不当产生的大量氨气会抑制草菇菌丝生长,诱发喜氨的鬼伞菌发生,而导致草菇减产.笔者于1989年6～9月进行了草菇培养料添加消氨物对鬼伞菌的抑制试验,取得了明显效果,现简报如下.(一)试验材料供试菌种为V_(35),引自湖南省食用菌所.培养料配方为稻草78%、干牛粪粉10%、干猪粪粉10%、石膏2%.消氨物为市售的明矾和甲醛.
