森林生态系统的第一性生产率是绿色叶片进行光合作用的结果。第一性生产率的高低和叶面积的大小密切相关。因此,森林生态系统中叶面积的测定就显得非常重要。由于杉木的叶量较多,通常是根据标准枝上抽取的平均样品的叶面积来估测整株树的叶面积。平均样品的叶面积难以实测,但可利用叶面积与叶长或叶干重的相关关系进行回归估 1977年以来,我们初步摸索了杉木叶面积的测算方法,现介绍如下。一、杉木叶面积的变异杉木叶面积因叶长和叶宽随树龄、叶龄、立地条件和品种类型的差异而有一定的变化。根据实测材料,其变动情况如表1所示。
