目的:探讨螺内酯对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血浆脑利钠肽(BNP)水平及心功能的影响。方法:将101例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为2组,对照组50例,采用常规方法治疗;螺内酯组51例,在常规方法治疗的基础上,加用螺内酯治疗。观察治疗前、后两组血浆BNP水平的变化及治疗后心功能的改善情况。结果:治疗前两组血浆BNP水平无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。两组治疗后总有效率比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:CHF患者应用螺内酯治疗能显著降低血浆BNP水平,改善心功能。
Objective: To investigate the effects of spironolactone on plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods: 101 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 50 patients treated by conventional methods; spironolactone group of 51 patients on the basis of conventional treatment, plus spironolactone treatment. The change of plasma BNP level and the improvement of cardiac function after treatment were observed before and after treatment. Results: There was no significant difference in plasma BNP level between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P <0.01). After treatment, the total effective rate was statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Spironolactone treatment in patients with CHF can significantly reduce plasma BNP levels and improve cardiac function.
