一九八二年河蟹育苗工作之前,我们进行了新月菱形藻的培养和沉淀冷冻试验工作。现将我们从八一年冬至八二年春夏对沉淀冷冻新月菱形藻饵料试验初步结果报告如下: 一、材料与方法 1.饵料沉淀剂的选择,选用普通食用明矾,其优点是:①既能食用的明矾,没有毒性因子;②明矾是铝氧化物的一种,它既具有碱性氧化物,又表现出酸性氧化物,是一种两性氧化物,也是一种典型的两性氢氧化物,如育苗水槽水质有偏酸偏碱时,明矾能起中和水质的作用;③食用明矾来源广,价格便宜。大量生产沉淀冷冻饵料时较适用。 2.明矾沉淀剂浓度的确定: 采用优选法中单因素(0.168)折纸法确定明矾沉淀剂浓度的梯度试验,见表一。试验结果表明:沉淀新月菱形藻明矾适宜浓
