黄石市公共文化服务体系建设经过多年的发展,取得了一些成就,但仍存在专业人才匮乏、人员老化严重、乡镇文化站功能弱化及高层次人才难引进等问题。黄石市应推进人事制度改革,加强从业人员的准入等相关的制度建设;加强基层公共文化服务人员培训的长效机制;加强公共文化服务人才的本土化;加大拔尖人才引进的力度;充分利用和整合黄石地区高校文化资源的优势,以此推动黄石地区公共文化服务人才建设的全面、快速发展。
After years of development, Huangshi City has made some achievements in public cultural service system construction. However, there are still some problems such as lack of professionals, serious aging of staff, weakening of functions of township cultural centers and the introduction of high-level talents. Huangshi City should push forward the reform of the personnel system and strengthen the system construction of admittance of practitioners; strengthen the long-term mechanism of grass-roots public culture service personnel training; strengthen the localization of public cultural service personnel; increase the introduction of top-notch talents; Utilize and integrate the advantages of university cultural resources in Huangshi area so as to promote the all-round and rapid development of public cultural service personnel in Huangshi area.
