针对河南油田以往丢手堵水管柱存在没有锚定机构、解封载荷大、丢手时容易误解封导致封堵失效等缺点 ,研制出液力可取式桥塞堵水装置。装置以HNY44 1双向卡瓦封隔器为主 ,以HNY34 1封隔器、限压式不投球丢手器及管底开关为配套工具 ,采用水力坐封 ,能实施任意层位的多级丢手封堵 ,坐封坐卡牢固 ,解封解卡可靠 ,解封载荷小 ,并确保封隔器的长期有效封堵。现场使用 139井次 ,工艺成功率为 10 0 % ,有效率为 91 2 % ,显示了良好的推广应用价值
