研究开展了混凝沉淀的应用试验,确定了其应用于该海淡预处理工程的最佳投药量为10~15 mg/L之间,且在较低浊度下需要适当增加投药量。污泥回流对提高浊度的去除率以及降低投药量有一定作用。通过减小絮凝反应池的折板间距和翼片宽度来增加水流剪切力,可提高絮凝效果。结果表明,改造后的设备更易于矾花的成长与沉淀,随着悬浮物的大量去除,原水的浊度、COD、全铁的去除率大大提高。
The application experiment of coagulation and sedimentation has been carried out. The optimal dosage for coagulation and sedimentation was determined to be 10-15 mg / L, and the dosage should be appropriately increased at lower turbidity. Sludge return to improve the removal rate of turbidity and reduce the dosage has a certain effect. The flocculation effect can be improved by reducing the shear distance between the flaps and the width of the fins in the flocculation cell to increase the shear force.
