随着石油化学工业的发展,公称压力大于1000kgf/cm~2的阀门已应用在乙烯、氢气、氮气等压缩系统和一些压力机的油压系统。我国先后设计、试制成 Pg1000、1500、2000、2500、4000、6000、10,000kgf/cm~2的超高压阀门。其中,Pg2500kgf/cm~2的超高压阀门已标准系列化《Pg2500kgf/cm~2阀门型式和基本参数(JB1308-73)》。本文除叙述超高压阀门的一般设计和制造要求外,重点结合 Pg2500kgf/cm~2的超高压阀门作部分结构分析和介绍。
With the development of the petrochemical industry, valves with nominal pressures greater than 1000 kgf / cm ~ 2 have been used in hydraulic systems of compression systems such as ethylene, hydrogen, nitrogen, and some presses. China has designed, trial made Pg1000,1500,2000,2500,4000,6000,10,000 kgf / cm ~ 2 ultra-high pressure valve. Among them, Pg2500kgf / cm ~ 2 ultra-high pressure valve has a standard series of “Pg2500kgf / cm ~ 2 valve type and basic parameters (JB1308-73)”. In addition to describing the general design and manufacturing requirements of ultrahigh-pressure valves, this article focuses on the structural analysis and introduction of some of the ultra-high pressure valves with Pg2500kgf / cm ~ 2.
