目的初步探讨纬度、海拔和气温对我国人群维生素D水平的影响。方法通过文献检索,收集1989年至2012年9月发表的46篇我国不同地区人群血清25-羟维生素D水平的调查资料,分析人群血清25-羟维生素D与人群所在地区的纬度、海拔高度、年平均气温之间的相关关系。结果人群血清25-羟维生素D水平随着纬度的增加而逐渐降低,随着年平均气温的升高而逐渐增加,其中20岁以下人群在夏秋季节以及50岁以上人群在夏秋季节和冬春季节时,人群血清25-羟维生素D水平与纬度和年平均气温均呈相关性(P<0.05);人群血清25-羟维生素D水平与海拔高度的关系不明显。结论纬度和年平均气温是影响人群血清25-羟维生素D水平的重要因素。
Objective To investigate the effects of latitude, altitude and air temperature on vitamin D levels in Chinese population. Methods The data of 46 serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in 46 different regions of China from 1989 to September 2012 were collected through literature search. The relationship between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D and population latitude and altitude were analyzed. The correlation between the annual average temperature. Results The serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level decreased gradually with the increase of latitude and gradually increased with the increase of annual mean temperature. Among the population under 20 years of age in summer and autumn and those over 50 in summer and autumn and winter and spring , Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level correlated with latitude and annual mean temperature (P <0.05). There was no significant correlation between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level and altitude. Conclusions Latitude and annual mean temperature are important factors affecting serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in the population.
