目的探索项目化教学在高职护理专业营养与膳食实训中的应用。方法将我院2012级护理专业6个班随机分成两组,项目化组实训实施项目化教学,对照组实训实施传统教学。结果项目化组学生的实训技能考核成绩、学习兴趣、分析解决问题能力和团队协作能力明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论项目化教学有助于激发学生学习兴趣,增强学生团队合作意识,提高学生分析解决问题能力和实训技能。
Objective To explore the application of project-based teaching in nutritional nursing and diet training in higher vocational nursing. Methods Six nursing classes in 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The project team implemented the project-based teaching and the control group implemented the traditional teaching. Results The scores of students’ skills training, learning interest, ability of analyzing and solving problems and team cooperation were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Project-based teaching helps to stimulate student interest in learning, enhance students ’sense of teamwork, and improve students’ ability to analyze and solve problems and training skills.
