利用现场实测数据 ,在建立线材冷却过程温度场模型的基础上 ,采用导热反问题方法 ,对斯太尔摩控冷线水冷段及风冷段的换热系数进行了定量确定 ,并通过模拟计算对控冷工艺优化进行了探讨。
Based on the field data and the establishment of the temperature field model of the wire rod cooling process, the heat transfer inverse problem method was used to quantitatively determine the heat transfer coefficient of the water-cooled and air-cooled sections of the Steelfool control cooling line. Control cooling process optimization were discussed.
