目的了解无锡市某钢铁厂噪声作业员工听力损失情况,防止噪声危害,保护员工健康。方法根据GBZ 188-2007和GB/T 16403,对283名噪声作业员工进行纯音听阈测试。结果不同性别和听力损失没有直接联系(χ2=0.24,P>0.05);4个工龄组之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.67,P<0.05);2010年听力异常率显著高于2009年听力异常率,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.05,P<0.05)。结论该钢铁厂噪声危害较为严重,应做到早发现早干预。
Objective To understand the hearing loss of noise workers in a steel plant in Wuxi City to prevent noise damage and protect employees’ health. Methods Based on GBZ 188-2007 and GB / T 16403, 283 noise workers were tested for pure tone hearing threshold. Results There was no direct correlation between gender and hearing loss (χ2 = 0.24, P> 0.05). There was a significant difference between the 4 age groups (χ2 = 10.67, P <0.05). The hearing loss rate in 2010 was significantly higher than that in 2009 Abnormal hearing rate, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 4.05, P <0.05). Conclusion The steel plant is more harmful to the noise and early detection and early intervention should be achieved.
