传统瓷业遗产历史悠久、价值突出、内涵丰富,是中国文化遗产的重要类型,但目前多集中在对单体建筑和遗址的碎片化保护,对其要素类型及其内在关联缺乏系统和全面认识。景德镇是中国首批24座历史文化名城中唯一一座以陶瓷产业而著称的城市,在一些瓷业聚落案例的研究中,虽然已分别在聚落自然环境、瓷业产业组织、信仰习俗、空间构成等某些方面取得了一些进展,但一个案例常常只能反映其中的某一个方面,仍然缺乏将以上各个的方面进行整体研究的典型案例。演讲通式过景德镇历史城区的自然形胜、功能分遗区、空间布局、建筑朝向进行论述,揭示在了瓷业遗产是自然与瓷业要素紧密互动体 Traditional porcelain heritage has a long history, outstanding value and rich connotation.
