本文首先提出了智能交通视频检测系统涉及的理论基础包括模式识别理论和图像处理理论,然后简要介绍了视频检测平台,探讨了通过背景的获取来进行违章车辆检测的方法。行驶车辆检测技术是智能交通系统的一个重要组成部分。在对当前智能交通系统特别是智能视频检测技术的认知、了解下,针对滞留黄网格违章车辆的视频检测问题提出了解决方案,完成一个智能交通违章检测系统的雏形,以实现对交通系统的智能管理,本文称之为滞留黄网格违章车辆的视频检测。在黄网格运动的车辆,通过分析处理其视频图像,对车辆是否违章做出判断,并将违章车辆的图像存储以便后续处理。
In this paper, firstly, the theoretical basis of intelligent traffic video detection system is put forward, including pattern recognition theory and image processing theory. Then a brief introduction of video detection platform is given, and the method to detect illegal vehicles through background acquisition is discussed. Driving vehicle detection technology is an important part of the intelligent transportation system. Based on the cognition and understanding of the current intelligent traffic system, especially the intelligent video detection technology, a solution is put forward to solve the video detection problem of vehicles with illegal yellow grids, and the prototype of an intelligent traffic violation detection system is completed to realize the optimization of the traffic system Intelligent management, this article referred to as the retention of yellow grid illegal vehicle video detection. Vehicles moving in the yellow grid will judge whether the vehicle is illegal by analyzing and processing their video images and store the images of the illegal vehicles for subsequent processing.
