绩效评价是现代医院财务管理研究的重要内容。如何对妇幼保健院的整体业绩进行客观、公正的考核,制定切实有效的绩效评价指标体系,由此提高医院的工作效率,增强医院的综合竞争力。同时,通过建立一套适合政府主管部门、医疗机构管理组织、社会各界以及患者对妇幼保健院进行管理、监督、考核的缋效评价体系,以期达到促进医院遵循政府的医疗卫生方针政策,维护人民群众的根本利益,充分体现医院的“公益性”和“非营利性”特征,保证妇幼保健事业健康可持续发展。绩效评价指标体系的建立既可作为医院自身评价标准,又可为卫生行政主管部门评价检查医院提供参考。笔者就如何构建科学合理的妇幼保健院绩效评价指标体系提出设想,与同行们共同探讨。

The author proposes how to construct a scientific and reasonable M & E performance evaluation index system and discuss with his colleagues.
