目的:用超声法提取洋葱中的黄酮并测定其含量。方法:以分光光度法定量分析洋葱中的黄酮化学成分含量。结果:不同地区的洋葱中黄酮的含量不同。结论:该测定方法操作技术简便、灵敏度高。
OBJECTIVE: To extract flavonoids from onion by ultrasonic and determine its content. Methods: The content of flavonoids in onion was quantitatively analyzed by spectrophotometry. Results: The contents of flavonoids in onions in different regions were different. Conclusion: This assay method is simple and highly operational.
