贵刊1983年第2期刊登的“用袖珍计算机进行点旋转的计算法”一文,提出了用计算器进行线切割机加工中经常遇到的旋转图形求交点(或切点)的旋转坐标计算,虽可大大地加快线切割机加工中编程计算的速度,但其按键程序还是较繁琐,不符合工作效率日益得到提高的需要。当今微型电子计算机已日益普及,为此,设计了一条BASIC程序,迅速、精确地计算并打印出点旋转后所有新坐标值。本厂模具车间线切割机操作人员应用这条程序在PC8300(又叫R1)微型机上计算,只用约一个小时就解决了,工作效率得到明显的提高。
