目前,我国高等职业教育的改革方向是积极推行与生产劳动和社会实践相结合的学习模式,突出实践能力培养。课程是实现人才培养目标的载体,工作过程系统化课程开发理论是姜大源教授在本世纪第一个十年的重要理论研究成果。它主要有三个方面内容"即课程体系设计的系统化、课程设计方法的系统化、课程载体设计的系统化。强调课程结构与岗位任务对接、课程内容与职业标准对接、教学过程与工作过程对接,基于工作过程开发课程。
