集团公司安徽省分公司在做好“邮掌柜”、邮乐农品网助力农产品进城的同时,围绕精准扶贫,以“鲜果定时递”为载体,依托微信渠道,探索“线上预售+线下定时配送”的电商扶贫新策略,促进了分销业务发展模式由“先买后卖”向“先卖后买”转变。2016年6~9月,成功运作三个全省性“定时递”项目,累计销售水果43万斤,市分公司层面运作了两个项目,县分公司层面的两个项目正在实施中。
