目的探讨放射性药品生产人员内照射剂量估算方法。方法以某生产碘-125(125I)密封籽源和碘-131(131I)胶囊的密封企业为例,通过估算工作人员的摄入量,分析工作人员吸入放射性核素产生的内照射年受照剂量。结果生产125I密封籽源和131I胶囊的工作人员因吸入放射性核素造成的内照射年受照剂量为1.90 m Sv。与该企业的监测结果比较,125I工作场所的气溶胶放射性核素水平和工作人员的甲状腺剂量监测值分别与估算结果基本一致。结论放射性药品生产企业工作人员的内照射剂量不容忽视,应采取必要的辐射防护措施,设计合理的气流组织,定期对气溶胶进行有效监测。
Objective To investigate the method of estimating the internal dose of radiopharmaceutical production personnel. Methods Taking a sealing enterprise producing iodine-125 (125I) sealed seed source and iodine-131 (131I) capsule as an example, by analyzing the staff’s intake, we analyzed the internal exposure of workers exposed to radionuclide irradiation dose. Results The annual dose of internal exposure caused by inhalation of radionuclides to workers producing 125I sealed seed and 131I capsules was 1.90 mSv. Compared with the monitoring results of the enterprise, the levels of aerosol radionuclides in 125I workplaces and the thyroid dose monitoring values of staff are basically the same as the estimates. Conclusion The internal dose of radiation workers in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises should not be neglected. Radiation protection measures should be taken to design a reasonable airflow organization, and the aerosol should be regularly monitored.
