在上海戏曲舞台上,出人出戏,成绩是要肯定的。但有这样两种现象:一是有些青年演员热心于拜师学艺,以求继承流派,但图名有余,求实不足;二是有些在群众中已有相当影响的中年演员,在继承与发展流派的工作中,迟滞不前,建树不多。面对这些现象,引起我们一些联想。我们并无指责中青年演员之意,只想就流派问题发点议论,求教于大家。青年演员拜师学艺,好比学书法,先从描红、临帖开始,掌握书法基本知识,崇学一家,兼收并蓄,运笔自如,逐步自成一体。但是有些青年演员学流派,
In Shanghai opera stage, people play, performance is to be affirmed.
