按照卫生部对药剂专业毕业生主要从事药品营销、临床调剂、药物制剂3个岗位工作的要求为依据,在确立“职业认知→模拟生产性实训→定岗实训→顶岗实习”的学训结合四阶段人才培养模式的基础上,将药剂专业工学结合的教学内容设计为“认识—了解—熟悉—模拟练习”逐层递进的过程。对一年级、二年级学生工学结合前后的理论成绩、实践成绩、职业资格考试过级率、就业情况4个方面进行对比,结果表明,药剂专业工学结合教学内容的设计针对性强,对提高教学质量,特别是对学生岗位技能认知的提升效果明显,有利于锻炼学生的实际动手能力,学生的学习成绩、综合素质、职业技能等方面都有较大提升。
In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Health on the major pharmacy graduates engaged mainly in pharmaceutical marketing, clinical adjustment, pharmaceutical preparations for the three positions, based on the establishment of “vocational knowledge → simulated production training → fixed-post training → internship”. Based on the four-phase training model, the teaching content of pharmacy-professional-chemical combination is designed as the process of gradual progressing of “cognition-understanding-familiarity-simulation practice”. The comparison between the first grade and the second grade before and after the combination of study of work and practice, the achievement of practice, the grade of vocational qualification examination and the employment situation show that the design of combination of teaching and learning of pharmacy specialty is highly pertinence to improve the teaching Quality, especially the cognitive skills of students to enhance the role of post-mortem skills is obvious, is conducive to the practical ability of students to practice, students’ academic performance, overall quality, professional skills and so on have greatly improved.
