利用扫描电子显微镜-能谱仪(SEM-EDS)和X射线荧光分析仪(XRF)对炭阳极原料进行表征分析,发现某种炭阳极生产原料中含有稀土元素镧(La)和铈(Ce)。并对含有稀土元素和未含有稀土元素的炭阳极的三个主要指标:二氧化碳反应性、空气反应性和空气渗透率进行了分析测试,结果显示稀土元素对于炭阳极的空气渗透率有提高作用,而对于炭阳极的反应性有催化作用,会加快炭阳极的消耗。
The characterization of carbon anode materials by scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM-EDS) and X-ray fluorescence analyzer (XRF) showed that some carbon anode materials contain lanthanum (La) and cerium . And the carbon dioxide reactivity, air reactivity and air permeability of the three main indicators of carbon anode containing rare earth elements and non-containing rare earth elements were analyzed and tested. The results show that rare earth elements can improve the air permeability of carbon anode, The catalytic activity of the carbon anode will accelerate the consumption of carbon anode.
