1 System Overview According to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations such as the “Food Hygiene Law,” “Public Places Hygiene Management Regulations,” “Cosmetics Hygiene Supervision Regulations,” and “Daily Drinking Water Sanitary Surveillance Management Regulations,” the relevant practitioners must be healthy. Certificates (abbreviated as health certificates) can be used for posts. There are a large number of employees involved in the health certificate. These personnel must be examined and issued once a year (for a few industries every two years). There are six major categories of diseases that are screened. Due to the large number of screening indicators and the frequent movement of personnel, there are many issuing authorities (districts,
