为筛选出幼苗前期耐盐碱的粳稻品种,以粳稻品种白粳1号为材料,采用6种NaCl和Na2CO3+NaHCO3浓度模拟盐/碱胁迫,以地上百株鲜重、株高、根长、根数和百株地下鲜重为鉴定指标,研究粳稻幼苗前期耐盐/碱鉴定的胁迫条件。结果表明:百株地上鲜重、株高、根长、根数和百株地下鲜重可以作为粳稻耐盐/碱鉴定指标。NaCl 140.57mmol·L-1、Na2CO3+NaHCO30.041 1mmol·L-1可作为粳稻耐盐/碱鉴定的胁迫条件。盐碱胁迫对粳稻幼苗前期地下部分的抑制程度大于地上部分。
To screen salt-tolerant japonica rice varieties in early seedling stage, Japonica rice variety Baijing-1 was used as material to simulate salt / alkali stress with six kinds of NaCl and Na2CO3 + NaHCO3 concentrations. The fresh weight, plant height, root length, The root number and fresh weight per plant were used as identification indexes to study the salt stress / alkali identification stress conditions in the early seedling stage of japonica rice. The results showed that the aboveground fresh weight, plant height, root length, root number and fresh weight of one hundred can be used as salt tolerance / alkalinity identification index of japonica rice. NaCl 140.57mmol·L-1, Na2CO3 + NaHCO30.041 1mmol·L-1 could be used as salt stress / alkali identification stress conditions for japonica rice. Salinity-alkali stress restrained the underground part of japonica seedlings earlier than the aerial part.
