为适应当前煤炭市场形势,响应国家供给侧改革号召。同煤集团决定关闭其下属同家梁矿(以下简称“同矿”),并对同矿现有组织结构实施变革。同矿是一座资源枯竭煤矿,现已连年亏损。关闭同矿符合同煤集团利益,并且符合山西省委、省政府“五个一批”重要指示。目前同矿存在的问题有:公司治理结构不完善,企业办社会,厂办大集体,人员负担重等。同矿组织结构变革是当下资源枯竭煤矿,破旧立新、摆脱困局、谋求转型发展的关键对策。
In order to adapt to the current situation in the coal market, respond to the national supply-side reform call. Tongmeng Group decided to close its subordinate Tongjialiang Mine (hereinafter referred to as “same mine”) and implement the reform on the existing organizational structure of Tonglui Mine. The same mine is a resource depleted coal mine, is now year after year loss. Close with the mine is in line with the interests of the coal group, and in line with the Shanxi provincial party committee and government “five batches ” important instructions. At present the same problems with the mine are: corporate governance structure is imperfect, enterprises do social, large factory-owned collective, staff burden and so on. The transformation of the same ore organization structure is the key countermeasure for resources depletion of coal mines nowadays, getting old and new, getting out of the predicament and seeking transformation and development.
