基于己烯雌酚与浓硫酸反应后的水解产物的荧光性质,建立了一种测量己烯雌酚的荧光光度分析方法.系统地研究了不同环境介质对产物荧光性质的影响,着重探讨了不同增敏剂在不同酸度下的作用机理.在比较了β-CD与CTMAB的增敏作用之后指出:在强酸性条件下,β-CD的增敏效果优于CTMAB;在强碱性条件下CTMAB优于β-CD.并通过小分子醇对包络物荧光强度的影响对包络机理作了详细的阐述.利用本法测定片剂中己烯雌酚的含量,结果较好.
Based on the fluorescence properties of the hydrolyzate after the reaction of diethylstilbestrol and concentrated sulfuric acid, a fluorescence spectrophotometric method for the determination of diethylstilbestrol was established. The effects of different environmental media on the fluorescence properties of the products were systematically investigated, and the mechanism of action of different sensitizers under different acidities was discussed. After comparing the sensitization effects of β-CD and CTMAB, it was found that under strong acid conditions, β-CD had better sensitizing effect than CTMAB and CTMAB was better than β-CD under strong alkaline conditions. The mechanism of the envelope was explained in detail by the influence of the small molecule alcohol on the fluorescence intensity of the envelop. Determination of diethylstilbestrol tablets by this method, the results are better.
