随着我国经济和科学技术的快速发展,企业内管理的内容也多样化,企业发展中人力资源是企业的重要部门,主要是对风险进行管理控制,人力资源管理最为企业战略计划的主要内容,人力资源管理是企业发展的保证。本文对企业人力资源管理风险的表现形式进行分析,其次对我国企业人力资源管理风险控制进行探讨,最后对企业人力资源管理风险控制的主要措施进行探讨。
With the rapid development of economy and science and technology in our country, the contents of management in enterprises are also diversified. The human resources in the development of an enterprise are the important departments of an enterprise, and are the main contents of the most strategic enterprise management plan for risk management and human resources management. Human resource management is the guarantee of enterprise development. This paper analyzes the manifestations of human resource management risk in enterprises, and then discusses the risk control of human resource management in China. Finally, it discusses the main measures of human resource management risk control in enterprises.
