本文比较了磺胺二甲嘧啶(SM_2)的分光光度法及电流滴定法,作出了两个方法的标准曲线,并计算出标准偏差相应为S=0.0045及0.00438。准确度以电流滴定法较好。该法适用于常规分析和生产质量控制。分光光度法:取0.1500克样品,置100毫升容量瓶中,以16.5%硫酸溶解并加至刻度。取20.00毫升上述液置另-100毫升容量瓶中加水至刻度。再取溶液5.00毫升置50毫升容量瓶中加入5.0毫升16.5%硫酸。溶液冷至5°后与1.00毫升亚硝酸钠液(0.500克/100毫升)混和,放置3分钟后加入5.00毫升麝香的醇溶液(0.200克/100毫
In this paper, we compared the spectrophotometry and titration of sulfadimefon (SM_2) with the standard curve of two methods and calculated the standard deviation as S = 0.0045 and 0.00438 respectively. The accuracy of the current titration is better. The law applies to routine analysis and production quality control.
