首先通过实验室试验方法研究了不同水灰比的ACZ-1改性水泥浆液的黏度、凝结时间、膨胀率和不同龄期结石体的抗压强度;其次,利用专门研制的模拟破碎煤体注浆试验模具,对注浆胶结破碎煤体的抗压强度和注浆胶结体黏结钢绞线的抗剪强度进行了一系列的模拟验证,研制出了1种即具有流动性好、微膨胀、早强、高强特性,又具有凝结时间可调的ACZ-1改性水泥注浆材料。最后,将试验结果应用到平顶山天安煤业公司六矿深部软煤层回采巷道进行了工程试验,有效地控制了巷道变形,提高了煤巷支护的稳定性,大幅度减少巷道返修率,技术经济效益显著。
