锑合金铸铁是一种新型耐磨材料,近年来在机械工业中的发展应用较快。对于该合金中锑含量的测定,由于锑含量较微,用一般化学分析,手续繁复,费时长,且不易准确。用光谱分析锑是一种快而准的好方法,本文就此法系统地进行了研究,提出了电流强度、极距、予热和曝光时间、分析线对等一系列分析条件。经多次试验,分析范国在0.09~0.55%之间,误差率为4.75%。在速度和准确度等方面,均较化学分析法优越。
Antimony alloy cast iron is a new type of wear-resistant materials, in recent years the rapid development in the machinery industry applications. The determination of the content of antimony in the alloy, due to the relatively small content of antimony, the general chemical analysis, complicated procedures, time-consuming and difficult to accurately. Spectroscopy analysis of antimony is a fast and accurate method. This paper systematically studied this method, and proposed a series of analysis conditions of current intensity, polar distance, preheating and exposure time, analytical line pair. After many tests, the analysis of the Fan in the 0.09 ~ 0.55%, the error rate of 4.75%. In terms of speed and accuracy, are superior to chemical analysis.
