【新闻背景】日前,国务院正式发布《关于促进信息消费扩大内需的若干意见》(以下简称《意见》),明确提出了主要目标,到2015年信息消费规模超过3.2万亿元,新型信息消费规模达到2.4万亿元,电子商务交易额超过18万亿元,网络零售交易额突破3万亿元。国家首次就信息消费从战略层面出台指导意见,是新一届政府打造中国经济升级版的重要举措,也为民营经济发展提供了机遇和舞台。
