托勃莫来石是蒸压加气混凝土中的主要水化产物之一,它的含量严重地影响着加气混凝土的性能。本文重点研究了影响加气混凝土中托勃莫来石含量的因素。实验发现:原材料的细度、养护压力、杂质的种类及含量、C/S比、水/固比等对托勃莫来石含量都有着明显的影响。值得注意的是,在水泥—石灰—粉煤灰加气混凝土中掺入砂子,或在水泥—石灰—砂加气混凝土中掺入粉煤灰,皆可大幅度提高托勃莫来石的含量。仔细控制以上诸因素,可使制品中托勃莫来石达到所要求的含量,从而进一步改善加气混凝土的性能。
Tobolite is one of the main hydration products in autoclaved aerated concrete. Its content has a serious influence on the performance of aerated concrete. This article focuses on the factors that affect the content of tobalite in aerated concrete. The experimental results show that the fineness of raw materials, the curing pressure, the type and content of impurities, the C/S ratio, and the water/solid ratio all have a significant effect on the content of Tobalite. It is worth noting that the incorporation of sand in cement-lime-fly ash aerated concrete or fly ash in cement-lime-sand aerated concrete can greatly increase the content of tobra mullite. . Careful control of the above factors allows the product to achieve the desired content of tobalite, thereby further improving the performance of the aerated concrete.
