2004年3月15日～18日,笔者与联合国儿童基金会中国办事处小野正博先生、孙丹秋女士就民政部——联合国儿童基金会流浪儿童合作项目赴项目执行单位——郑州市救助保护流浪少年儿童中心调研。 调研期间,听取了郑州市救助保护流浪少年儿童中心对于合作项目自2001年开展以来的情况介绍以及对2004年工作的设想,实地考察了郑州市救助保护流浪少年儿童中心站内项目的实施情况以及“类家庭”项目、全天候救助点项目的实施情况,并前往郑州大学,与该校社会工作系师生就如何参与流浪儿童救助保护工作的理论研究与实际工作进行了座谈。调查显示,郑州市救助保护流浪少年儿童中心做了大量的工作,成效明显,探索出与新的工作形势相适应的流浪儿童救助保护工作的新模式。
From March 15 to March 18, 2004, I worked with UNICEF China Office Ono Masakabo and Ms. Sun Danqiu to go to project implementation unit of the Ministry of Civil Affairs-UNICEF Stray Children Cooperation Project - Zhengzhou City to help protect the stray teenagers Children's center research. During the survey, they listened to the Zhengzhou Children's Center for Rescuing and Preventing the Wandering Children and Children Center for the project since 2001 to carry out the introduction of the situation and the concept of work in 2004, a field visit Zhengzhou City Center for rescue and protection of wandering children's project implementation and “ Class families ”project, and went to Zhengzhou University to hold discussions with teachers and students in the Department of Social Work on how to participate in the theoretical research and practical work on how to help and protect the homeless children. The survey shows that Zhengzhou City has done a great deal of work in helping the wandering children and children centers and has achieved remarkable results. It explored a new mode of bailout and protection work for street children that is suitable for the new work situation.
