目的 探讨活动期和稳定期系统性红斑狼疮 (SL E)患者血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体 (s TNF- R )、可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体 (s TNF- R )及肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF-α)水平的变化在疾病发生、发展过程中的意义。 方法 应用 EL ISA方法测定 46例 SL E患者及 30例正常人对照血清中 TNF-α和 s TNF- R 、s TNF- R 水平 ,及其与补体 C3 、抗双链 DNA抗体 (ds DNA)、抗核抗体 (ANA)及血沉的相关性。 结果 与对照组相比 ,SL E患者血清中 TNF-α、s TNF- R 和 s TNF- R 都显著升高 ,且活动期升高更为显著 (P<0 .0 1)。活动期患者 s TNF- R 和 s TNF- R 的变化与补体 C3 、ds DNA、ANA及血沉有非常显著的相关性 (P<0 .0 1) ,但与 TNF-α水平无相关性(P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 TNF-α在 SL E的免疫损伤机制中起重要的作用 ,而 s TNF- R 和 s TNF- R 在疾病中具有免疫调控作用 ,并可作为疾病活动的参考指标之一。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum s TNF-α, soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor (s TNF-R) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF) in patients with active and stable systemic lupus erythematosus -α) level changes in the occurrence of disease, the significance of the development process. Methods The levels of TNF-α and TNF-α, TNF-α and TNF-α in serum of 46 patients with SL E and 30 normal controls were measured by ELISA method and their relationships with complement C3, ds DNA, Antinuclear antibody (ANA) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of TNF-α, TNF-α and TNF-α in sera of patients with SL E were significantly increased and the activity of sera increased more significantly (P <0.01). The activity of TNF-R and s TNF-R in patients with active phase was significantly correlated with complement C3, dsDNA, ANA and ESR (P <0.01), but not with TNF-α > 0 .0 5). Conclusions TNF-α plays an important role in the mechanism of immune damage of SLE. However, s TNF-R and s TNF-R play an immunomodulatory role in the disease and can be used as one of the reference indexes for disease activity.
