教师专业化发展是个内涵不断丰富的过程,对于云南少数民族地区农村幼儿园来说,幼儿教师专业水平与发达地区相比有很大的差距,幼儿教师的专业素质不容乐观,特别是在《3-6岁幼儿学习与发展指南》颁布并在幼儿园的过程中,农村幼儿教师的专业发展显得非常重要。本文在探讨幼儿教师专业发展内涵的基础上,分析了云南少数民族地区农村幼儿教师专业发展主要存在的问题,针对存在问题提出了促进幼儿教师专业发展的途径。
The professional development of teachers is an enriching process of connotation. For kindergartens in rural areas in ethnic minority areas of Yunnan, there is a big gap between the professional level of kindergarten teachers and that of developed areas. The professional quality of kindergarten teachers is not optimistic, 6-year-old child learning and development guidelines "promulgated and in kindergarten, the professional development of rural preschool teachers is very important. Based on the discussion of the connotation of preschool teachers ’professional development, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in preschool teachers’ professional development in Yunnan minority areas and puts forward some ways to promote the professional development of preschool teachers in light of the existing problems.
