分配器的调压阀是非线性元件,用线性化方法分析其动特性将产生较大的误差。本文试图用键图理论与状态空间理论分析调压阀的动特性,且试图研究键图理论与电子计算机在农机方面应用的效果与方法。对农机液压部件的静特性过去研究较多,且均用线性化的传递函数方法,局限性大、要求线性化、单输入单输出、变量及其各阶导数的初值为零。用现代控制论的状态空间分析法,可方便地考虑一些非线性因素,可以是多个输入与输出,结合电子计算机可方便地打印出任一变量随时间变化的计算结果,初始值也不限于零。又采用键图建立数学模型,比之用高阶微分方程式传递函数方便快捷。
Pressure regulator valve is a non-linear components, using linear analysis of its dynamic characteristics will have a greater error. With the modern cybernetics of state space analysis, can easily consider some of the nonlinear factors, can be multiple inputs and outputs, combined with the computer can easily print out any variable with the time-varying results of the initial value is not limited to zero . Again using the key map to establish a mathematical model, than the use of high-end differential equation transfer function convenient and quick.
