目的了解山东轻稀土矿区与对照区水果和鸡蛋中稀土元素含量的差异及其健康风险。方法分别采集稀土矿区和对照区附近村民自己种植的水果及自家家禽生产的鸡蛋样品,用电感藕合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定16种稀土元素含量。结果矿区和对照区水果中总稀土元素含量分别为142.5μg/kg和16.1μg/kg,差异具有统计学意义;矿区核果、仁果、浆果中稀土元素含量分别为47.0μg/kg、146μg/kg和279μg/kg,对照区分别为17.6μg/kg、18.9μg/kg和11.0μg/kg,矿区和对照区仁果、浆果类水果中稀土元素差异均有统计学意义。矿区和对照区鸡蛋中总稀土元素平均值分别为4.32μg/kg和3.25μg/kg,差异无统计学意义。矿区和对照区样品中稀土元素均以轻稀土元素为主。矿区和对照区通过水果估计的每日稀土元素摄入量为0.58μg/(kg·d)和0.067μg/(kg·d),通过鸡蛋估计的每日稀土元素摄入量为0.003μg/(kg·d)和0.002μg/(kg·d)。结论矿区水果中稀土元素高于对照区,鸡蛋中稀土元素含量无差异,水果和鸡蛋均以富集轻稀土元素为特征,通过水果和鸡蛋摄入的稀土元素不会危害人体健康。
Objective To understand the difference of rare earth elements in fruits and eggs between Shandong light rare earth mine area and control area and its health risks. Methods The samples of fruit grown by villagers and the eggs produced by their own poultry were collected respectively from the rare earth mining area and the control area. The contents of 16 rare earth elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Results The contents of total rare earth elements in the fruits of the mining area and the control area were 142.5μg / kg and 16.1μg / kg, respectively. The differences were statistically significant. The contents of rare earth elements in the stone fruit, kernel fruit and berry were 47.0μg / kg and 146μg / kg And 279 μg / kg respectively, and the control areas were 17.6 μg / kg, 18.9 μg / kg and 11.0 μg / kg, respectively. There were significant differences in the contents of rare earth elements between the fruit and berry fruits in the mining and control areas. The average total rare earth elements in the eggs of the mining area and the control area were 4.32μg / kg and 3.25μg / kg, respectively, with no significant difference. The rare earth elements in the samples of the mining area and the control area are mainly light rare earth elements.
