经过20年的发展,中国产权市场取得了长足的发展。其重要表现之一就在于它的功能已从最初的国企改革平台,变为促进各种所有制产权有序流转,为各种市场主体提供投融资功能的资本市场。自然人在产权市场上的转让、受让产权项目行为,就是这一转变的重要注脚。产权市场取得发展的另一重要表现是,央企国有产权转让信息联合发布制度掀开了产权市场交易规则统一化的序幕。推动产权市场统一化进程,建设统一的中国大产权市场,是产权市场实现中国多层次资本市场重要组成部分定位的必由之路。市场期待着各方共同努力,加快推动这一进程。
After 20 years of development, China’s property market has made great strides. One of its important manifestations is that its function has changed from the initial state-owned enterprise reform platform to a capital market that promotes the orderly transfer of ownership of all kinds of ownership and provides investment and financing functions for various market players. Transfer of natural persons in the property market, the transferee of property projects, is an important footnote to this change. Another important manifestation of the development of the property rights market is the prelude to the unified issuance of state-owned property rights transfer information by central SOEs that unifies the trading rules of the property market. To promote the process of the unification of the property rights market and the construction of a unified Chinese property rights market is the only way for the property rights market to position itself as an important part of China’s multi-level capital market. The market looks forward to working together to speed up the process.
