近年来,全球范围内建筑行业的生产力呈逐年下降的趋势,传统建筑行业中存在的诸多问题日益凸显,如信息缺失、表达模糊、材料损耗严重和效率低下等,主要原因是建筑行业在技术和创新上的投入不大。随着信息技术的发展,虚拟设计与施工的理念逐渐形成,并成为未来建筑领域信息化发展的方向。结合POP模型对VDC技术的应用情况进行介绍,并以上海天文馆项目为例,阐述了VDC技术在天文馆项目设计阶段中的应用。
