随着社会主义市场经济体制的不断深化,我国的社会结构逐渐呈现出多元化的发展态势,各种各样的社会思潮不断涌现。作为客户服务体系的重要组成部分,女职工的工作和生活开始面临越来越多元化的发展诉求。本文以福建省电信技术发展有限公司客服分公司女职工的现状为出发点,详细阐述了现阶段客服行业女职工的利益诉求。在综合分析现存主要问题的基础上,提出了开展人文关怀、做好女职工思想政治工作的建议和措施。
With the continuous deepening of the socialist market economic system, the social structure of our country has gradually shown a diversified development trend, and various social ideological trends are constantly emerging. As an important part of the customer service system, the work and life of women workers are facing more and more diversified development demands. Based on the current situation of women workers in customer service branch of Fujian Telecommunication Technology Development Co., Ltd., this article elaborates the interest demand of female workers in customer service industry in detail. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the existing major problems, this paper puts forward suggestions and measures to carry out humane care and do a good job in the ideological and political work of female workers.
