目的了解部队不同人群对结核病防治基本知识的知晓情况,为制定部队结核病健康教育策略提供参考。方法编制调查表,抽样选取军队医疗机构医务工作者90人、结核病人88人、基层部队健康人员173人,进行问卷调查。结果医务人员对16个问题的总知晓率为77.22%,不同科室、不同职业类别、不同职称、不同学历人员之间知晓率有显著差别。结核病患者对11个问题的总知晓率为55.99%,干部、战士、学员之间及不同学历人员之间知晓率有显著差别。健康人群对9个问题的总知晓率为55.17%,民族、学历、婚姻状况、入伍年限、是否干部对知晓率没有影响。三类人群对7个共答题的总知晓率为55.04%,其中医务人员知晓率最高,健康人群知晓率最低。结论部队人群结核病防治知识知晓率较低,不同人群的知晓率存在差别,应加强针对不同人群的结核病防治健康教育。
Objective To understand the knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and control among different groups in the military and provide reference for the development of tuberculosis health education strategy. Methods A questionnaire was prepared. A total of 90 medical workers, 88 tuberculosis patients and 173 grassroots health workers were selected from the military medical institutions for questionnaire survey. Results The total awareness rate of medical staff to 16 questions was 77.22%. There were significant differences among different departments, different occupational categories, different professional titles and different academic qualifications. The total TB awareness among 11 TB patients was 55.99%. There was a significant difference in awareness among cadres, fighters, trainees and different academic staff. The total rate of awareness of 9 issues among healthy population was 55.17%. Ethnicity, educational level, marital status and enrollment age did not affect the rate of awareness among cadres. The total awareness rate of the three types of people against seven common questions was 55.04%, among which the highest awareness of medical staff and the lowest awareness of healthy people. Conclusions There is a low awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge in the troop population and different awareness rates among different groups of people. Health education on tuberculosis prevention and treatment should be strengthened for different populations.
