提高企业战略和人力资源管理的契合度是企业发展的核心任务。随着经济的发展,各企业之间的竞争日益激烈,完善对人力资源的管理可以调动员工的积极性,使企业上下团结一致,从而使企业得到更长远的发展。因此,人们对于人力资源的关注度日益升高。本文就人力资源管理与企业战略的契合进行分析研究,并提出了几条相关建议。
To improve the fit between business strategy and human resource management is the core task of business development. With the development of economy, the competition among various enterprises is getting fiercer and fiercer. Improving the management of human resources can arouse the enthusiasm of the employees, make the enterprises unite from top to bottom and make the enterprises get more long-term development. Therefore, people pay more attention to human resources. This paper analyzes the research on the fit of human resource management and business strategy and puts forward some relevant suggestions.
