先天性冲动性眼球震颤的发病原因尚不明确,并且由于常同时存在斜视,在设计手术时有一定困难。对合并内外斜视一次手术矫正的报道较少,我院自1999年2月～2003年2月共收治56例眼震患者,均为水平冲动性眼球震颤合并内外斜视,经一次性手术治疗效果良好,报道如下:资料与方法一般资料水平冲动性眼球震颤合并水平斜视共56例,男38例,女18例,年龄6～16岁,平均年龄9.6岁。合并内斜视29例,合并外斜视27例。49例无家族史,4例患者父亲有眼球震颤合并内斜视,3例患者母亲有眼
